As we begin our transition toward more rainy days and warmer water, the bites been good. We’ve spent a bunch of days fishing in the back waters of Estero bay, Pine island, and our rivers. Snook fishing is in full speed as bait is plentiful along our beaches, redfishing has been ok as I’ve not had a great day on them in awhile. Trout are plentiful with fish being caught up to 24″ in thier typically 3-5 feet of water areas. Tarpon fishing has been fun on the calm days, with schools of fish moving around from Naples to Cayo Costa. There’s a bunch of mangrove snappers just about evrywhere ive been redfishing so its been hard to keep a bait in those spots for very long. Tight lines Capt Greg
